With the changes to the HRM by-laws, you are now required to return your e-scooter to return our location on the waterfront. We understand this is a change from previous years, however, this is what Halifax Regional Municipality requires.

No. Only one rider is allowed per e-scooter and all users must be at least 19 years old.
